Welcome to the AISCAR AI Film Awards platform ("AISCAR," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing this website, submitting content, participating in competitions, or using any services provided through the platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

AISCAR is an independent platform focused on recognizing innovation in artificial intelligence storytelling, filmmaking, digital media, and cinematic creativity.

Disclaimer

AISCAR is an independent organization dedicated to recognizing innovation in AI-generated storytelling and cinema. AISCAR has no affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, authorization, or association with any other awards in the traditional film industry. Any references to traditional film industry awards are made solely for descriptive or comparative purposes.

Participants must:

• be at least 13 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent,
• own or control the rights to submitted content,
• comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws,
• provide accurate submission information.

AISCAR reserves the right to reject or remove submissions at its discretion.

By submitting a project, participants confirm that:

• they created the work themselves or possess the necessary rights and permissions,
• the content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or intellectual property rights of others,
• the submission does not contain unlawful, defamatory, hateful, abusive, or explicit illegal material,
• all AI-generated elements comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

Submissions may include:

• AI-generated films,
• hybrid productions,
• AI-assisted storytelling,
• cinematic trailers,
• AI-generated characters,
• scripts,
• animations,
• experimental media.

Creators retain ownership of their submitted work.

However, by submitting content to AISCAR, participants grant AISCAR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• display submitted content on the platform,
• use excerpts, trailers, thumbnails, still frames, and promotional materials for marketing,
• feature projects in award showcases, livestreams, interviews, and promotional campaigns.

AISCAR does not claim ownership of creator content.

Participants acknowledge that submitted works may contain partially or fully AI-generated elements.

Creators are responsible for:

• ensuring legal use of AI tools,
• complying with third-party AI platform policies,
• verifying that submissions do not unlawfully copy protected works.

AISCAR is not responsible for disputes arising from AI-generated content.

Awards are determined through:

• internal review panels,
• industry professionals,
• community voting,
• audience participation,
• or a combination of these methods.

AISCAR reserves the right to:

• modify categories,
• adjust judging criteria,
• decline awards in categories with insufficient qualifying entries,
• revoke awards if fraudulent activity is discovered.

Judging decisions are final.

Users agree not to:

• harass or abuse other creators,
• upload malicious or illegal content,
• manipulate votes or rankings,
• impersonate others,
• use the platform for unlawful activities.

AISCAR may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

AISCAR and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages,
• data loss,
• interruptions,
• technical failures,
• unauthorized access,
• submission errors,
• lost opportunities or profits.

Participation is at the user's own risk.

We may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of the platform without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to services or submissions.

The platform may contain links to third-party tools, AI platforms, payment processors, streaming services, or social media platforms.

AISCAR is not responsible for third-party services, policies, or content.

By using the platform, users agree to the AISCAR Privacy Policy regarding:

• account data,
• submissions,
• analytics,
• communications,
• cookies,
• and platform activity.

If you believe submitted content infringes your intellectual property rights, you may contact AISCAR with:

• proof of ownership,
• description of the allegedly infringing material,
• contact information,
• supporting evidence.

AISCAR reserves the right to remove disputed content pending review.

AISCAR may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdiction where AISCAR operates.
